Ph.D. in Philosophy, Master of Law
Ukrainian philosopher, lawyer, and scholar. He graduated from the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, where he defended his dissertation and taught from 2010 to 2020.
From 2013 to 2016, he worked as Assistant to the Director General and later Head of the Museum Planning and Development Department at the Mystetskyi Arsenal National Art and Culture Museum Complex.
In 2016, he served as Communications Advisor to the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine. From 2017 to 2019, he served as an expert at the Analytical Center of the Institute for Social and Economic Research.
In 2018–2019, he led the educational programs at the Babyn Yar Holocaust Memorial Center.
From 2019 to 2024, he headed the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance. From January 2025, he is the Head of the Human Rights and War Memorialization Centre.
He is a graduate of the “Values and Society” program and a moderator at the Aspen Institute Kyiv.
Anton is the author of numerous opinion and analytical articles for Ukrainian and international media, over 50 academic publications, five educational courses, and several programs in philosophy, law, cultural studies, history, and mythology.
